The offspring of three generations of real estate investors and developers, Joan Finkelstein is well equipped to match the right property to each of her individual clients. Her personal experience in buying and selling Manhattan residences has sharpened her keen eye for both sides of the deal. She is able to recognize great value and has the expert negotiation skills to achieve that value for her customers.
Joan's objective is to work very hard to help her customers buy their dream homes and sell their existing homes. Joan's down-to-earth nature and honest sensibilities have convinced buyers and sellers to keep returning to her for their Manhattan real estate needs. In addition to handling the re-sales of cooperative and condominium apartments, in 2007, Joan was responsible for the successful marketing and sales of 985 Park Avenue, the first new condominium development built on Park Avenue in over twenty years.
Joan is a board member of The New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, where she has helped facilitate the development of nine apartment buildings in New York City for low income senior citizens. She is on the Advisory Council of the Yale Center For Emotional Intelligence. Joan is also a board member of The American Dance Machine for the 21st Century and a member of The Actors
