Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Licensed as Patricia A. Zaffino
Patty Zaffino moved to New York from northwest Pennsylvania to attend college. She fell in love with the city, the different neighborhoods, the variation from block to block, and especially the ease of getting everywhere from anywhere. New York, she found, was whatever she wanted to make it. For many years Patty's career was in the medical communications field. She worked with medical personnel from leading pharmaceutical companies and key opinion leader physicians from around the world. As president of a major medical communications company she developed a smoothly running staff of 45 people.
Patty's career history, before becoming a licensed real estate agent, taught her to listen, communicate, and negotiate; all characteristics that are so important in helping her customers find homes. Patty is naturally calm under pressure, truly interested in others (and the city), and wholly enthusiastic. She uses her creative imagination, negotiating skills, and her love and knowledge of New York City and its various neighborhoods to your advantage. After learning from you what you'd like to buy, she'll search tenaciously for that perfect fit: the apartment that feels like home, the neighborhood that meets your needs, all at the right price for you!
Her love of music, especially the Great American Songbook, has led Patty to study voice and cabaret performance over the last several years. It has resulted in numerous performances at venues such as Don't Tell Mama and the Duplex.
Additionally, she keeps busy as a volunteer tutor for a not-for-profit program --Oasis-- focusing on reading and writing preparation for elementary students in the East Harlem public school system. She derives much satisfaction in working with kindergarten students, in particular, as they are just discovering the joys of reading.
Patty would like to guide you through the complicated buying and selling process....to your complete satisfaction.
